We find it very narrow-minded to confine ourselves to having to choose only two out of three. A good strategy would be to choose quality and service and let price fall where it may. That sounds pretty lazy to us.
We watch every bit of wastage. After all we are tearing from world’s resources. We cherish every raw material as we do every living thing. That helps bring down our costs.
We work in an optimized space(2000 m² or 21,500 ft²). It is easier to communicate and pass down jobs and cross-check. It increases quality and reduces fixed expenses.
We delegate when there is a person who is better at what they do. That saves time and is also less expensive. We can not say we are experts at everything even though we know a lot and still learning.
We hold dear every order we get. We produce them as if we make them for our homes. We have very devoted partners at work and our partners in life have very high standards.
We try hard to improve things and somehow we find ways to simplify things and get better at what we do.
We see in today’s world making someone satisfied is not as easy as it used to be. We love the way things are and we do not easily give up. We will try even harder. It only strengthens us.

Panel Dividing Saw With Lifting
With this piece of machinery we are able to cut 6 sheets of chipboard at once which is an absolute must for large amount of orders. However we also have a manual panel saw for orders which are small in numbers.
2 Edge Banding Machines
Sawed parts that are fed by our Holzma need to move through the production at a rate that can not be achieved by only one edge banding machine. That is why we have 2. Those machines are capable of banding 0,50 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm edge-bands with proper radius.
2 Cnc Processing Centers
Standardization is achieved by cnc automation. Once the initial design process is finished we get constant results from our 2 drilling machines. That minimizes the mistakes.
Throughfeed Drilling Machine
When we have very large amounts of orders that machine burns through them like a hot knife through butter. It drills 3 times as many parts as our 2 cnc processing centers produce combined. We allocate 4 people to operate it.
We adore designing
We facilitate proper Cad tools to get the utmost standardization in our production. Then we use those output data to visualize what needs to be produced with proper visualization tools to get the final confirmation from our client or produce a single sample for good measure.
